Sea Moss Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate, melted (the darker, the better)
  • 600g silken tofu
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • Small pinch of salt (optional)
  • 2 tsp Sea Moss powder

Instructions

Step 1
Combine the melted dark chocolate, silken tofu, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and Sea Moss powder in a blender.

Step 2
Blend for about 1 minute until smooth and well-combined. The mixture should reach a silky, mousse-like consistency.

Step 3
Divide into individual glasses or jars, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. The mousse will firm up after chilling.

Step 4
For added flavour and presentation, top with fresh raspberries or strawberries before serving.
