Shipping

  • Oskaya offer various delivery options within Australia to choose from:
    𖦹 Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $10.00
    𖦹 Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15.00
    𖦹 Standard Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00
  • If you live outside metropolitan areas, please allow additional time for postage.
  • Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • Oskaya processes and ships orders Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. Please note that orders placed on public holidays or weekends may require additional processing time.
  • If you haven't received your tracking information after three business days, please email us at orders@oskaya.com.au
  • During product launches and sales events, there may be a slight delay in dispatch due to high order volumes.
  • We strive to meet the delivery date provided at checkout, but please understand that we cannot guarantee this 100%. We will keep you informed via email about any updates or changes to your expected delivery time.

Returns

  • At Oskaya, we strive to provide the highest quality products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We recommend carefully reviewing product details before making your purchase.
  • If anything you’ve ordered arrives damaged or faulty, email orders@oskaya.com.au straight away. Please provide us with your order number, photos of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue. Please do not return items before first making contact with us.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.
  • Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for defective items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed for the full purchase amount to your original payment method.
